About Us

Our ministry involves visiting the many village "Bible Churches" (currently 24) in the Kigoma, Katavi and Rukwa regions. We seek to build up the saints by preaching God's Word and providing resources.

For the first 4 years Luke taught at Berea Bible College in northern Tanzania. Teaching at the College has been a great way of equipping and training the current as well as the next generation of Tanzanian leaders.

In 2014 Luke was involved in starting the "Discipleship of Jesus" program at the local level to train the believers that can't afford to go to Bible College, or possibly don't have the academic stamina for formal schooling. We thank Him for godly men, women and couples who are committing their lives to serving God. The school has, to date, graduated 9 classes, a total of 57 students!

The town of Kigoma is on the shores of the beautiful Lake Tanganyika, and the people struggle to make a living. We can easily get overwhelmed with the number of requests we get daily. We need wisdom with how to best help in each individual situation.

We also seek to honor God in the way we raise our five children. Pray that we will not neglect our task of parenting. Pray that our whole family will have a Christ-like testimony in the community.
