We plan to spend this year based in St. Louis, Missouri, where we fellowship with Emmaus Bible chapel.
Hi, we are the Brainard family! Our neck of the jungle is an area that has seen much evangelism over the past 50+ years. There is an abundance of churches in our town, and beyond our town there are churches in many surrounding villages. However, there has been a major lack in Bible teaching and discipleship. The lack of biblical knowledge has left a wide open door for many false teachers, including some unique local cults. Our heart is to see believers become avid students of the word of God, and hence be able to stand firm against the false teaching that abounds in this area. To that end we do in-home Bible studies in our town and in surrounding communities and villages, as well as Bible teaching in local meetings as the opportunities arise.
