Jim and Sharon Fleming work alongside Phil and Mary Parsons and Tim and Joy Beer in this important task of caring for the missionaries around the globe that CMML has the privilege of serving.
Jim and Sharon meet, communicate, and visit with missionaries with the goal of doing what is needed so that CMML missionaries are enabled, supported, refreshed, and encouraged in their service for the Lord.
The Flemings focus their care efforts on missionaries serving in Latin America, the Caribbean, Poland, and Germany.
The Flemings were commended by Woodside Bible Chapel, Maywood, IL, in 1983, and Hillview Bible Chapel, Cupertino, CA, in 1984, to serve as CMML missionaries in Lima, Peru and later in Bogota, Colombia. In 2003 Jim accepted the role of International Director of Emmaus Worldwide, which opened door for the Flemings to minister in almost 100 countries to those using the Emmaus Correspondence Courses. In 2023, the Flemings joined the CMML Missionary Care team.
